Domain Parking
I have never parked a domain, but a friend and fellow blogger has recently posted about his domain parking experience. His blog, Abbotsfordisboring.ca, is a simple blog that started off writing about thinks to do in Abbotsford. His most recent post, is about a domain that he parked WhereClothing.
I looked at the Sedoparking website and as far as I could tell, it didn’t say how much of the revenue it shares with you, it just said that it was one of the most “generous.”
Does anyone else have experience with this?? or had a successful domain name that has brought in a little cash on the side?? I’d love to hear about it!!
I’ve heard of domain parking, but I don’t know much about it. I should look into it more I guess lol.
Nothing substantial, like 40 cents here and there – not even enough to cash out.
A lot of the big revenue makers with domain parking are the typo squatters. People who park nyspace.com or yagoo.com
I have 4 or 5 domain names that I bought but didn’t end up developing. I put them on Sedo parking for the low price of $50 and I haven’t had any interest. I guess I do a bad job picking domain names!
