Free Nintendo Wii
I have always thought of those “free nintendo!” and “free ipod” things were all scams. And I’m still a little skeptical. But I recently started thinking about it a bit more. There is a lot of money in advertising and online marketing, and what do these sites do? They force people to sign up for trials, view their products, and refer their friends to do the same, just to get the prize. And then there are those who don’t sign up, but still go to the web page and click around to see what it’s about. I can imagine that they earn enough money from this to more than compensate for the prizes that they give out.
I also saw tons of video’s on youtube about this claiming that it’s legit, citing CNN, BBC, etc as sources.

So… Why not try it and see if it is real?? I signed up, so we’ll see how it goes. You need to sign up/complete an offer with one of their advertisers, and then refer 6 people to do the same. I chose to go with zip.ca, which is a 2 week free trial of movie rentals. I have no intention of keeping it and plan on canceling it a couple days before the 2 weeks are up. Now, I just have to refer 6 people, and then I should get my Nintendo Wii in the mail.
If you’d like to try it too, we could find out if this is real or not. Go get your free Nintendo Wii!!
This could be a good way to get prizes for blog contests that could increase your traffic to your blog.
In order for them to work you have to be willing to give up your personal info. as well as have a lot of friends willing to do the same. I signed up for something like this a long time ago, but didn’t get anything because I wasn’t able to refer anyone to follow through on their side. From what I’ve heard, they work, but if you don’t have enough people who you refer complete the offers, you end up losing money since most of them cost something.
